Manatee County's Premier Competitive Dance Team
The RDC is an award-winning competitive dance team offering options for every dancer 4-18 years old, at any level.
Team Awards Include:
- Studio Standout Award from Starquest Dance in March 2025 for original ideas and themes -
- Eminence Award from Dupree Dance in January 2025 for being the most versatile studio -
- Studio Spirit Award from Masquerade Dance in March 2024 for showing kindness to others -
- Studio Spirit Award from Dupree Dance in December 2023 for displaying the most kindness, support, and versatility -
- Multiple top overall placements, special awards, standout awards, and entertainment awards at every competition -
General Team Info:
We offer a variety of teams for whatever you may be looking for! Most teams attend one dance convention and 3 local dance competitions throughout the season. Team members are welcome to attend additional competitions, conventions, nationals, etc.
Teams have 30-90 minute practices each week, along with some dance class requirements.
Please note that teams are likely to change each season.

Team Scorpio: Acro Team for ages 7-18
Team Capricorn: Tap Team for ages 7-18
Team Aries: Team for ages 6-9
Team Virgo: Team for ages 8-13
(less-commitments)
Team Pisces: Team for ages 13-18
Team Gemini: Hip-Hop Team for ages 7-18
Team Leo: Team for ages 4-7 (less-commitments, great for 1st year on the team)
Team Libra: Team for ages 8-11
Team Taurus: Team for ages 11-14
Team Aquarius: Solo-Only Team for ages 11-18 (only available to those with outside dance commitments)
